AI Tarot Service (“the Service”) provides AI-generated tarot card draws, symbolic interpretations, and narrative guidance experiences.
The Service is designed for personal reflection, emotional exploration, ritualistic engagement, and creative interpretation.
All outputs are non-deterministic, non-predictive, and interpretative in nature.
The Service may offer paid features, including but not limited to subscription-based memberships, one-time purchases, digital tarot card skins, AI reader or interpreter appearances, styles, personas, and cosmetic or experiential enhancements.
These purchases do not alter the fundamental nature of the Service, which remains symbolic and interpretative.
Purchasing any paid feature does not guarantee more accurate readings, better outcomes, predictive certainty, emotional resolution, or any life, relationship, financial, or health changes.
Paid features provide aesthetic, narrative, experiential, or stylistic variation only. They do not represent increased authority, truthfulness, or correctness of interpretations.
All tarot readings and interpretations are symbolic, metaphorical, intentionally open-ended, and do not claim factual accuracy or predict future events.
The Service may use poetic, suggestive, or ambiguous language to encourage self-reflection rather than provide direct answers.
Tarot readings are not statements of truth or destiny.
The Service, including paid content, is provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis support.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that interpretations are subjective, meaning is created through personal reflection, and you remain fully responsible for your own decisions.
The Service does not instruct, command, or determine your actions.
If the Service offers subscriptions, fees are charged on a recurring basis unless canceled through the platform where the subscription was purchased.
Access is granted for the duration of the active subscription period. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior periods unless required by law or app store policy.
Membership benefits may include access to additional content, styles, rituals, or cosmetic elements, but not guaranteed results.
All digital items sold within the Service are virtual, non-transferable, and non-refundable unless required by law.
They grant a limited, revocable license to use within the Service, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ownership of digital items does not imply ownership of underlying intellectual property.
Except where required by applicable law or app store policy, all sales of digital content are final.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with interpretations, unmet expectations, or personal beliefs about tarot, spirituality, or AI-generated content.
The Service is not designed to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure mental health conditions.
If you experience emotional distress, anxiety, psychological difficulty, or crisis, please seek support from qualified professionals or emergency services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its creators are not liable for emotional reactions, personal decisions, perceived reliance on interpretations, dissatisfaction with readings, or losses arising from use of paid or free content.
Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
The Service may modify pricing, content, or feature availability at any time.
Such changes do not affect prior purchases unless explicitly stated.
Users may initiate account deletion at any time through the account deletion option in the MysticX app.
We offer two deletion options:
Soft Delete: Soft Delete is the standard in-app deletion process. Your personal information will be anonymized or de-identified where reasonably possible, and your account will be disabled. Account history, including transactions, subscription records, reading records, usage logs, and fraud-prevention records, may be retained for compliance, accounting, security, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention purposes. You may re-register with the same email, but you will not receive the welcome bonus again.
Hard Delete: For verified GDPR or other privacy-related requests, your account and all personal data that is not legally required or permitted to be retained may be permanently deleted by administrators after identity verification. This cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party platforms. You must cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.
